Avaya one-X Agent provides the ability to complete the work after finishing the call. You must set the work status to Follow Up Work mode to complete different tasks, such as entering data, or filling out forms immediately after the caller hangs the call. While you are in Follow Up Work mode, Avaya one-X Agent interprets your status as Auxiliary though your displayed status might be Available. When ACW ends, Avaya one-X Agent automatically changes your status to Ready.
When you launch the Avaya one-X Agent application for the first time, the Auto-Complete work mode is available as a default setting. You can switch between Follow-Up Work mode and Auto-Complete mode any time during the call. Depending on your work preference, you can set the work mode to Auto-Complete or Follow-Up mode.
Note Follow Up Work mode is not available for work items that are marked as Auto Complete.
